New Asteroids found

A Romanian team of astronomers, professional and amateur, discovered over 100 asteroids as part of an astronomical observation missions conducted between 10-13 March 2008 at ESO Observatory in Chile.

With a german telescope (main mirror has a diameter of 2.2 m) they seized images of the sky for three nights. The images were sent immediately to the Internet through 7 collaborators from Romania who identified and classified asteroids. Results were observing the action of 15 potential hazardous asteroids and virtual impactori, tracking over 500 asteroids and the discovery of over 100 in the main belt. So far 70 of the findings were confirmed by a official Astronomic organization.
