The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has opened the information that a shuttle carrying the moon module Chandrayaan-1 will be blasted off into space from a south-eastern location in India. According to Indian officials, the mission does not imply human crew and can be delayed until October the 26th in case the weather conditions obstruct the take-off.

The initial plan anticipated that the mission would take place in April this year, but technical deficiencies occurred at the transporting rocket have delayed the 82 million dollar project until present. Many countries, including the United stated of America, have participated in the Indian space mission.
