Yes, we may live 1000 years

Computer expert Aubrey de Grey, author of the bestselling non-fiction “ Ending aging” is sure of having drawn, in his work, the theoretical basis of scientific conquests meant to allow people to control their biologic aging and live hundreds to thousands of years.

De Grey did not follow the basic study of a biology expert; however, he has self-initiated in natural sciences, aiming to transform the core of humanity in this respect. The computer doctor believes that the resorts of bio-medicinal technology necessary for avoiding the aging process and even death are to be discovered very soon. He introduces the details of this technology in his book, written in association with his research assistant Michael Rae. The two authors state that the aging of the human body, similar to the degradation of man-made machines is brought about by deficiencies gathered in time. They believe that, as well as with cars, these deficiencies can be improved every now and again, thus making the indefinite extension of human function possible. The most plausible way to fight the process of aging is, according to Grey, the renewing of the body on a molecular and cellular level, eliminating the existing harms and rehabilitating the organism to a younger state. The growing-younger therapies may even indeterminately delay the age-determined affection and brittleness, prolonging human life. De Gray has drawn a plan for the understanding and probable undetermined delay physical and mental degradation which comes with late age. It is called the SENS platform ( Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence)
